Rogers County, Oklahoma – A tragic single-vehicle crash late Friday night claimed the life of a Craig County man after his vehicle caught fire.
The incident occurred just before midnight on South 4300 Road, approximately six miles east of Chelsea in rural Rogers County.
According to authorities, 32-year-old William Hubbard of Big Cabin was driving a 1997 Dodge Ram when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle left the road and collided with a tree.
Following the collision, the Dodge Ram burst into flames. Emergency responders arrived to find the truck fully engulfed and Hubbard deceased at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
